RFQEI: Tax Credit Investors for the Trust Modernizations of Nostrand Houses and Bronx River Addition
Request for Qualifications & Expressions of Interest
As part of a two-step process, the Trust is seeking expressions of interest from qualified lenders and investors to participate in the financing of its upcoming projects, Nostrand Houses (1,148 units) and Bronx River Addition (226 units). The RFQEI is step one of a two-step process. The goal of the RFQEI is to establish an initial shortlist of Prospective Investors to receive a Request for Proposals (RFP) based on minimum requirements. Qualified Investors will be invited to respond to the RFP as the second step of the process.
A failure to respond to the RFQEI will not deem a firm ineligible to be invited to respond to the RFP at the Trust’s discretion. The RFP will include more detail on the upcoming rehabilitation projects, including the specific financing structure.
