RFQ: Trust Modernization of Nostrand Houses and Bronx River Addition

Request for Qualifications

This Request for Qualifications is designed for teams to apply for the rehabilitation of the first developments to vote into the Public Housing Preservation Trust's Modernization Program. The Trust will use this RFQ to shortlist up to six teams - three each for the Lump Sum Design Build contract for the modernization of Nostrand Houses and Bronx River Addition.
